Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Lee&Pol Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Lee&Pol,” “LeeAndPol,” or “the site operated by Lee&Pol”) and users in relation to the electronic commerce services (hereinafter referred to as “services”) provided by the online shopping mall operated by Lee&Pol. ※ 「These Terms and Conditions shall also apply to electronic transactions conducted using PPC communication, smartphone apps, wireless, etc., to the extent that they do not conflict with the nature of such transactions.」

Article 2 (Definitions)

① “Lee&Pol” refers to a virtual business place set up by Lee&Pol Co., Ltd. to provide goods or services to users through computer and other information and communication facilities, and it is also used to mean the business operator of a cyber mall.
② “User” refers to a customer who accesses Lee&Pol and receives the services provided by Lee&Pol in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
③ “Member” refers to a person who has registered as a member of Lee&Pol and can continuously use the services provided by Lee&Pol.
④ “Non-member” refers to a person who uses the services provided by Lee&Pol without registering as a member.
⑤ “Seller” refers to a person who has registered as a seller member on Lee&Pol and sells goods, etc., through the communication sales intermediary services provided by Lee&Pol after agreeing to the seller’s terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions for Communication Sales Intermediary Services for Sellers) and concluding a contract for using the communication sales intermediary services with Lee&Pol.

Article 3 (Specification, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms and Conditions)

① Lee&Pol shall display the contents of these Terms and Conditions, the name of the company and the representative, the address of the business office (including the address where consumer complaints can be handled), phone number, fax number, email address, business registration number, telecommunication sales report number, and personal information protection officer on the initial service screen (front page) of Lee&Pol so that users can easily access them. However, the content of the Terms and Conditions can be made available to users through a linked screen.
② Lee&Pol may amend these Terms and Conditions within the scope that does not violate relevant laws.
③ When Lee&Pol amends these Terms and Conditions, it shall specify the application date and the details of the amendment and notify the cyber mall from 7 days before the application date to the day before the application date. However, if the amendment is disadvantageous to the user, a notice period of at least 30 days shall be given in advance.
④ If the user does not explicitly express their refusal by the application date notified according to the preceding paragraph, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms and Conditions. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions may request to withdraw from membership.
⑤ Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the “Electronic Commerce Act”), the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Guidelines for Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce as determined by the Fair Trade Commission, and related laws or commercial practices.
⑥ Lee&Pol may establish and operate detailed operational policies, terms of use, rules, guidelines, and general contents related to the use of services (hereinafter collectively referred to as “operational policies”) not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions, and post such contents on the mall. Operational policies form part of the customer service usage contract (hereinafter referred to as “Usage Contract”) along with these Terms and Conditions.
⑦ Lee&Pol may separately establish terms and conditions for specific services (hereinafter referred to as “individual terms and conditions”). If the user agrees to the individual terms and conditions, they form part of the Usage Contract, and if there are conflicting contents with these Terms and Conditions, the individual terms and conditions shall prevail.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

① Lee&Pol performs the following tasks:
1. Electronic commerce services (including communication sales intermediary services) and other related services
2. Other tasks specified by Lee&Pol
② Lee&Pol may change the contents of goods, etc., to be provided in future contracts if goods are out of stock or technical specifications change. In such cases, the changed contents of the goods, etc., and the date of provision shall be immediately notified in the same manner as the current goods, etc.
③ If Lee&Pol changes the contents of the service to be provided according to the contract with the user due to out of stock goods, changes in technical specifications, etc., it shall immediately notify the user of the reason.

Article 5 (Service Interruption)

① Lee&Pol may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, replacement, breakdown, or communication interruption of computer or other information and communication facilities.
② In the event that services cannot be provided due to business category conversion, business abandonment, integration between companies, etc., Lee&Pol shall notify the users in the manner specified in Article 8 and compensate the users according to the conditions initially presented by Lee&Pol. However, points or credits provided free of charge by Lee&Pol shall not be refunded in cash or other forms, and if Lee&Pol does not notify the compensation criteria separately, the mileage or points of the user shall be compensated in kind or cash corresponding to the currency value used in Lee&Pol.

Article 6 (Membership Registration)

① Users apply for membership by filling out the member information according to the registration form set by Lee&Pol and expressing their consent to these Terms and Conditions.
② Lee&Pol registers as a member unless the applicant falls under any of the following:
1. If the applicant has previously lost membership qualification according to Article 7 of these Terms and Conditions, except if Lee&Pol has approved the re-registration after three years from the loss of membership qualification.
2. If it has not been a month since the member requested to withdraw.
3. If there is false information, missing information, or errors in the registration details.
4. If the applicant is under 14 years of age.
5. If registering as a member significantly hinders the technology or service operation of Lee&Pol.
③ The membership contract is established when Lee&Pol’s acceptance reaches the member.
④ Members must notify Lee&Pol of any changes to the registered information within a reasonable period and update it. Members shall bear the disadvantages of not notifying the changes.

Article 7 (Membership Withdrawal and Disqualification)

① Members can request withdrawal from Lee&Pol at any time, and Lee&Pol shall promptly process the membership withdrawal according to the method notified on the cyber mall. However, if the member has debt to Lee&Pol, withdrawal may be restricted.
② If a member falls under any of the following reasons, Lee&Pol may limit or suspend the membership:
1. If false information or missing information was entered during registration.
2. If the member fails to pay the price of goods, etc., purchased through Lee&Pol or other debts related to the use of Lee&Pol.
3. If the member interferes with the use of Lee&Pol by others or steals information, disrupting the sound electronic commerce order.
4. If the member uses Lee&Pol to engage in illegal acts or acts contrary to these Terms and Conditions or public morals.
5. If the member uses services in an abnormal way or accesses the system in an unauthorized manner.
6. If the member interferes with the healthy operation of Lee&Pol or disrupts Lee&Pol’s business through the following acts:
a. Spreading false facts or misinformation that damages Lee&Pol’s reputation or undermines trust.
b. Interfering with Lee&Pol’s business by abusing or threatening employees or engaging in obscene conduct.
c. Repeatedly or habitually canceling or returning purchases without a legitimate reason, disrupting Lee&Pol’s operations.
d. Repeatedly or habitually canceling or returning goods or making unreasonable claims after purchasing goods through Lee&Pol.
e. If the member cannot be verified through the identity verification procedure or is confirmed not to be the actual person.
f. If the member’s personal information (name, phone number, address, etc.) matches or is reasonably recognized as the same as an existing member, or if the same member is suspected of duplicate registration.
g. If the member repeatedly purchases goods from Lee&Pol for resale or other improper purposes or for profit.
h. If the member engages in improper use or is suspected of improper use using the same or similar ID, phone number, address, etc.
i. If the member who has been subjected to service restrictions or membership suspension by Lee&Pol cancels the contract at their discretion and re-applies for use during the restriction period.
j. Unauthorized collection, submission, posting, or use of Lee&Pol’s goods, services, or information, infringing on Lee&Pol’s copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights.
k. If the member bypasses the pre-notified policy or transaction conditions of individual goods or events by fraudulent means, thereby disrupting the fair transaction order.
③ If a member falls under any of the above reasons, Lee&Pol may retrieve previously provided benefits (points, coupons, etc.) without prior notice, and take measures to restrict service use (order cancellation, delivery cancellation, etc.). Additionally, if Lee&Pol holds claims against the member (such as damages), Lee&Pol may offset the claims against the member’s debt.
④ If Lee&Pol disqualifies a member, it shall cancel the member registration. In this case, Lee&Pol shall notify the member and provide an opportunity to explain with a grace period of at least 30 days before canceling the member registration.

Article 8 (Notification to Members)

① When Lee&Pol notifies a member, it can do so by using the email address (or postal address), SMS, phone, or fax specified by the member in advance.
② For notifications to unspecified members, Lee&Pol can substitute individual notifications by posting on the Lee&Pol bulletin board for at least one week. However, for matters that significantly affect the member’s transaction, individual notifications shall be provided.

Article 9 (Purchase Application)

① Users apply for purchases through the cyber mall using the following or similar methods, and Lee&Pol shall provide the following information in an easily understandable manner for users to apply for purchases:
1. Search and select goods, etc.
2. Enter recipient’s name, address, phone number, email address (or mobile phone number), etc.
3. Confirm details related to the cost burden of the service, such as terms and conditions, withdrawal rights, delivery charges, installation fees, etc.
4. Agree to the application for purchase of goods, etc., and confirm or consent to the confirmation from Lee&Pol (e.g., mouse click)
5. Select payment method
② If Lee&Pol needs to provide the user’s personal information to a third party, it must obtain the user’s consent in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws during the actual purchase application process, and shall not obtain comprehensive consent in advance at the time of membership registration. In this case, Lee&Pol shall specify to the user the items of personal information to be provided, the recipient, the purpose of using the recipient’s personal information, and the retention/use period.
③ If Lee&Pol needs to entrust a third party with the processing of the user’s personal information, it must obtain the user’s consent during the actual purchase application process in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws, and shall not obtain comprehensive consent in advance at the time of membership registration. In this case, Lee&Pol shall specify to the user the person to whom the personal information processing is entrusted, the details of the personal information processing work, etc. However, if otherwise stipulated by the Personal Information Protection Act, it shall follow those provisions.

Article 10 (Establishment of Contract)

① Lee&Pol may not accept purchase applications under any of the following:
1. If there is false information, missing information, or errors in the application.
2. If a minor applies to purchase goods such as tobacco, alcohol, etc., prohibited by the Youth Protection Act.
3. If fraudulent methods (such as using macros, multiple IDs, etc.) are used, or if goods are repeatedly purchased for resale, disrupting the cyber mall’s transaction order, or if such circumstances are reasonably suspected.
4. If the sale of goods, etc., is suspended due to administrative measures by the competent authorities.
5. If a member whose membership qualification is restricted, suspended, or lost according to Article 7 applies for purchase.
6. If it is deemed that accepting the purchase application significantly hinders Lee&Pol’s technology.
② The contract is considered established when Lee&Pol’s acceptance reaches the user in the form of a confirmation notification under Article 14, Paragraph 1.
③ If Lee&Pol discovers any reason for non-acceptance under Paragraph 1 after the establishment of the purchase contract, Lee&Pol may immediately cancel or terminate the contract. In this case, Lee&Pol shall refund the user’s payment within three business days from the date of payment or take necessary measures for the refund.
④ The expression of Lee&Pol’s intention to accept shall include confirmation of the user’s purchase application, availability of sale, correction, or cancellation of the purchase application, etc.
⑤ If Lee&Pol enters into a contract with a minor, it may cancel the contract if it does not obtain the consent of the minor’s legal representative.

Article 11 (Payment Method)

Payment for goods, etc., purchased on Lee&Pol can be made by any of the following methods allowed by Lee&Pol. However, Lee&Pol shall not charge any additional fees for the payment methods.
1. Various account transfers such as phone banking, internet banking, email banking, etc.
2. Various card payments such as prepaid cards, debit cards, credit cards, etc.
3. Online deposit without a bankbook
4. Payment by electronic currency
5. Payment upon receipt
6. Payment by mileage or points provided by Lee&Pol
7. Payment by gift certificates contracted with or recognized by Lee&Pol
8. Other electronic payment methods

Article 12 (Points)

① Lee&Pol may grant members certain points based on their purchase activities, participation in events, etc.
② Members can use points as a payment method when purchasing goods, etc., on Lee&Pol. Lee&Pol shall separately post or notify the points accumulation standards, usage methods, usage periods, and restrictions on the site. Specific matters regarding points accumulation or usage may change according to Lee&Pol’s policy, and if the points-related policy changes, Lee&Pol shall notify the changes seven days before the application date.
③ Points cannot be refunded in cash.
④ Members cannot transfer points to third parties or other IDs, trade them for cash, or convert them into cash.
⑤ If a member obtains points through unauthorized methods (e.g., using macros, multiple IDs, etc.) or uses points for improper purposes, Lee&Pol may restrict the use of points, retrieve points, cancel purchase contracts using points, or suspend/disqualify the member’s qualification. Lee&Pol may also claim damages incurred by the member’s actions.
⑥ Unused points are immediately forfeited upon membership withdrawal, and forfeited points are not restored even if the member re-registers.
⑦ If the reason for obtaining points (e.g., purchase of goods, event participation, etc.) is canceled after using the points, the member shall immediately return the equivalent amount to Lee&Pol, and the corresponding amount may be deducted from the remaining points or future accumulated points.
⑧ The validity period of points is specified in the notice, and unused points are immediately forfeited upon the expiration of the validity period.
⑨ Unused points are forfeited in the order of the earliest expiration date, and points are used in the following order: 1) the earliest expiration date, 2) the earliest accumulation date if the expiration dates are the same.

Article 13 (Discount Coupons)

① Lee&Pol may issue discount coupons to users at its discretion, specifying the usage target, usage method, usage period, usage conditions, discount amount, etc., and users can use them on the mall. The usage conditions, usage period, issuance frequency, etc., may differ according to Lee&Pol’s policy, and Lee&Pol shall separately indicate or notify the usage target, usage method, usage period, usage conditions, discount amount, etc., when issuing the discount coupon. Issuance of discount coupons may be discontinued at any time due to circumstances.
② Discount coupons cannot be refunded in cash and expire upon the expiration of the usage period or upon purchase cancellation or termination of the usage contract.
③ Members cannot transfer discount coupons to third parties or other IDs, trade them for cash, or convert them into cash.
④ If a member obtains discount coupons through unauthorized methods or uses them for improper purposes, Lee&Pol may restrict the use of discount coupons, retrieve discount coupons, cancel purchase contracts using discount coupons, or suspend/disqualify the member’s qualification. Lee&Pol may also claim damages incurred by the member’s actions.
⑤ Unused discount coupons are immediately forfeited upon membership withdrawal, and forfeited discount coupons are not restored even if the member re-registers.

Article 14 (Confirmation Notification and Purchase Application Change or Cancellation)

① When there is a purchase application from a user, Lee&Pol shall send a confirmation notification to the user.
② Users who receive a confirmation notification can immediately request changes or cancellations of the purchase application if there is a discrepancy in their expression of intent, and Lee&Pol shall promptly process such requests before shipping. If the purchase application cannot be changed or canceled due to circumstances such as the initiation of the shipping process, it may be processed through exchange or return after the delivery of goods. If the user has already paid, it shall be governed by the provisions on withdrawal of subscription in Article 17.

Article 15 (Supply of Goods, etc.)

① Unless otherwise agreed upon between Lee&Pol and the user, Lee&Pol shall take necessary measures such as order production and packaging to deliver goods, etc., within seven days from the date of the user’s application. If Lee&Pol has already received all or part of the payment for goods, etc., it shall take necessary measures within three business days from the date of receipt of the payment. Lee&Pol shall take appropriate measures to allow users to check the supply process and progress of goods, etc.
② Lee&Pol shall specify the means of delivery, the person responsible for delivery costs, and the delivery period for the goods, etc., purchased by the user.
③ If there is a separate agreement between Lee&Pol and the user regarding the delivery or provision of goods, etc., such an agreement shall take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.

Article 16 (Refund)

If Lee&Pol cannot supply goods, etc., for reasons such as out of stock, it shall promptly notify the user and, if it has received payment for goods, etc., it shall refund the payment within three business days from the date of receipt or take necessary measures for the refund.

Article 17 (Withdrawal of Subscription, etc.)

① Users who have entered into a contract for the purchase of goods, etc., with Lee&Pol may request a return or exchange (withdrawal of subscription) within seven days from the date of receipt or the start of the supply of goods, etc., in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act and related laws. However, withdrawal of subscription may be restricted if there are reasons specified in Article 17, Paragraph 2 of the Electronic Commerce Act, such as the user’s responsibility for the destruction or damage of goods, etc.
② Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, users may withdraw their subscription within three months from the date of receipt of goods, etc., or within 30 days from the date they knew or could have known the discrepancy if the contents of goods, etc., are different from the display/advertising content or the contract is performed differently.

Article 18 (Effect of Withdrawal of Subscription, etc.)

① If Lee&Pol receives the return of goods, etc., from the user, it shall refund the payment within three business days from the date of receipt. If Lee&Pol delays the refund to the user, it shall pay the delay interest calculated by multiplying the delay period by the delay interest rate specified in Article 21-3 of the Enforcement Decree of the Electronic Commerce Act.
② When refunding the payment, if the user has paid with a credit card or electronic currency, Lee&Pol shall promptly request the business operator who provided the payment method to suspend or cancel the payment for goods, etc.
③ Users shall bear the cost of returning goods, etc., due to withdrawal of subscription. Lee&Pol shall not claim penalties or damages for withdrawal of subscription from the user. However, if the withdrawal of subscription is due to a discrepancy in the contents of goods, etc., from the display/advertising content or the contract, Lee&Pol shall bear the cost of returning goods, etc. Detailed policies shall be notified through the cyber mall.

Article 19 (Personal Information Protection)

① Lee&Pol shall collect the minimum personal information necessary to provide services.
② When collecting and using personal information, Lee&Pol shall notify the purpose and obtain consent from the user.
③ Lee&Pol shall not use the collected personal information for purposes other than the notified purpose, and if a new purpose of use arises or if it is provided to a third party, it shall notify the user at the use/provision stage and obtain consent. However, exceptions shall be made if otherwise stipulated by related laws.
④ If Lee&Pol needs to obtain the user’s consent for the use or provision of personal information under Paragraphs 2 and 3, it shall specify or notify the user’s right to refuse consent, the consequences of refusal, and other matters specified in Article 39-3 of the Personal Information Protection Act in advance. The user can withdraw their consent at any time.
⑤ Users can request to view or correct their personal information held by Lee&Pol at any time, and Lee&Pol shall promptly take necessary measures. If a user requests the correction of errors, Lee&Pol shall not use the personal information until the errors are corrected.
⑥ To protect personal information, Lee&Pol shall minimize the number of employees handling personal information and take responsibility for any damage caused by the loss, theft, leakage, unauthorized provision, or alteration of the user’s personal information, including credit card and bank account information.
⑦ Lee&Pol or a third party who has received personal information from Lee&Pol shall promptly destroy the personal information once the purpose of collection or provision is achieved.

Article 20 (Obligations of Lee&Pol)

① Lee&Pol shall not engage in activities prohibited by law or contrary to public morals and shall do its best to provide continuous and stable goods and services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
② Lee&Pol shall establish a security system to protect users’ personal information (including credit information) to ensure users can use internet services safely.
③ Lee&Pol shall be liable for any damages caused to users due to unfair display/advertising acts defined in Article 3 of the Act on Fairness in Display and Advertisement regarding goods or services.
④ Lee&Pol shall not send commercial electronic mail for profit-making purposes that users do not agree to.

Article 21 (Obligations Regarding User ID and Password)

① Members are responsible for managing their ID and password.
② Members shall not allow third parties to use their ID and password.
③ If a member realizes that their ID and password have been stolen or are being used by a third party, they shall immediately notify Lee&Pol and follow the guidance provided by Lee&Pol.

Article 22 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:
1. Registering false information or omitting information when applying for or changing membership.
2. Stealing someone else’s information.
3. Changing the information posted on Lee&Pol.
4. Sending or posting information (such as computer programs) other than the information set by Lee&Pol.
5. Infringing on Lee&Pol’s or third parties’ intellectual property rights such as copyrights.
6. Damaging the reputation of Lee&Pol or third parties or interfering with their business.
7. Posting or distributing obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information that violates public morals on the cyber mall.
8. Engaging in direct transactions (referred to as “direct transactions”) with sellers without using the services provided by Lee&Pol or inducing such transactions.
9. Disrupting the sales activities of Lee&Pol or sellers or seeking unjust benefits through the use of Lee&Pol services or engaging in abnormal transaction practices that do not conform to general electronic commerce practices.

Article 23 (Intellectual Property Rights)

① All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, for content created by Lee&Pol, such as product pages (including photos), belong to Lee&Pol. Members hold the copyrights and other intellectual property rights for posts, such as product reviews and content, registered or posted by members (referred to as “posts”).
② Users shall not use the information or materials obtained during the use of Lee&Pol services, to which Lee&Pol’s intellectual property rights belong, for purposes other than those specified by Lee&Pol without prior approval from Lee&Pol. This includes reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, and other methods for profit.
③ Lee&Pol shall endeavor to ensure that the intellectual property rights of members and third parties are respected and protected. In the event of a confirmed infringement of a member’s intellectual property rights by a third party, Lee&Pol shall take necessary measures to protect the member’s rights and notify the member of such measures.
④ Members agree to allow reasonable use of the posts they register or post on the cyber mall (including posts registered before the amendment of these Terms and Conditions) as follows:
1. Use of the posts by other members.
2. Use of the posts in search results by Lee&Pol.
⑤ Members agree to allow Lee&Pol to edit (modify, reproduce, distribute, etc.) and use the posts they register or post on the cyber mall (including posts registered before the amendment of these Terms and Conditions) within a reasonable scope for the following purposes:
3. Using the posts within the services or promoting/marketing the services by reporting or broadcasting the posts’ content through online and offline channels, including the internet, mobile, and social media.
4. Providing the posts on partner services by reproducing, transmitting, or displaying the posts.
⑥ Notwithstanding the preceding paragraphs, members may request the deletion, privacy setting, or suspension of use of their posts at any time, and Lee&Pol may notify members of the use of their content according to the method specified in Article 8.

Article 24 (Post Policy)

① Members are responsible for the posts they register or post on the cyber mall. Members guarantee that their posts do not fall under any of the following, and Lee&Pol may delete posts without prior notice if they are deemed to fall under any of the following:

1. Posts that insult, slander, or defame others.
2. Posts containing information that can be used for crimes or illegal activities.
3. Posts that infringe on others’ portrait rights, copyrights, trademark rights, and other rights.
4. Posts containing obscene or hateful content (including posts that link to such websites or apps).
5. Posts with content that may harm the mental or physical health of children and adolescents.
6. Posts that expose personal information of specific individuals.
7. Posts that directly or indirectly contain content for profit, such as introducing specific products for sale, encouraging purchase or use, or inducing contact.
8. Posts that do not conform to the purpose of using the cyber mall or are irrelevant to the purpose of the service or bulletin board.
9. Posts that abnormally repeat specific words or phrases.
10. Posts containing malicious code, such as viruses or spyware, that may cause system performance degradation or personal information leakage for other users, Lee&Pol, sellers, or third parties.
11. Posts that interfere with Lee&Pol’s business.
12. Posts that violate these Terms and Conditions, laws, or public morals.
② If a member’s post contains content that violates related laws, such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Personal Information Protection Act, or the Copyright Act, the right holder may request the suspension or deletion of the post according to the procedures specified in related laws. Lee&Pol shall take necessary measures according to the related laws.
③ Even in the absence of a request from the right holder, if Lee&Pol deems there are reasonable grounds for acknowledging infringement or if the post violates Lee&Pol’s policies or related laws, Lee&Pol may take temporary measures such as suspending the post according to related laws.
④ The detailed procedures for this Article shall follow the policies determined by Lee&Pol within the scope specified by related laws, such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Personal Information Protection Act, and the Copyright Act.

Article 25 (Disclaimer)

① Lee&Pol shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to natural disasters or force majeure events.
② Lee&Pol shall not be held liable for service use failures due to users’ fault.
③ Lee&Pol shall not be held liable for users’ failure to obtain the expected profit or for any loss incurred from the use of services.
④ Lee&Pol shall not be held liable for the content, reliability, or accuracy of information, materials, or facts posted by users.
⑤ Lee&Pol shall not be held liable for transactions conducted between users or between a user and a third party through the service.
⑥ Notwithstanding Paragraphs 1, 3, and 5, Lee&Pol shall be liable for damages caused by its intentional or gross negligence. In the case of Paragraph 2, Lee&Pol shall be liable for damages caused by its intentional or negligent acts.

Article 26 (Dispute Resolution)

① Lee&Pol shall establish and operate a compensation handling mechanism to reflect users’ legitimate opinions or complaints and compensate for damages.
② Lee&Pol shall prioritize handling complaints and opinions submitted by users. If prompt processing is difficult, Lee&Pol shall immediately notify the user of the reason and the processing schedule.
③ In the event of a dispute between Lee&Pol and the user related to electronic commerce, if the user’s damage relief application is submitted, it may follow the mediation of the dispute mediation agency commissioned by the Fair Trade Commission or the mayor/governor.

Article 27 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

① Lawsuits related to electronic commerce disputes between Lee&Pol and users shall be brought to the court with jurisdiction over the user’s address at the time of filing, or if the address is unknown, the court with jurisdiction over the user’s residence. However, if the user’s address or residence is unclear at the time of filing, or if the user is a foreign resident, the lawsuit shall be brought to the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
② Lawsuits related to electronic commerce disputes between Lee&Pol and users shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Supplementary Provisions
These Terms and Conditions shall come into effect on February 12, 2024.
